The lower quadrant signal gives right of way to a
Metro-Cammell 3 Car DMU to pass Hampton in Arden Signal Cabin on 27th June
1961. The signalman's chemical toilet has been located on the embankment behind
the signal cabin which was accessed via the landing seen at the top of the
steps.
