Ex-LMS 5XP 4-6-0 'Jubilee Class' No 45738 'Samson' passes over the point switch blades for the Harborne branch on 4th July 1955. Built as LMS No 5738 by Crewe works in November 1936, No 45738 remained in service until December 1963 when it was withdrawn from 12A Kingmoor shed.
