Ex-LMS 2P 04-4T No 41902 arrives at platform one at the rear
of a two-coach motor fitted train to Rugby whilst an unidentified ex-LMS
Stanier 2-6-4T stands in platform two at the head of a local service to
Coventry on the right. This photograph clearly shows the timber extension to
platform 2. Built at Derby in December 1932 No 41902 remained in service until
November 1959 when it was withdrawn from Rugby shed to be scrapped after
storage at Rugby circa 1960 by J Cashmore of Great Bridge.
