Monument Lane Shed: lnwrmlsh2260

LNWR 2-2-2 'Large Bloomer' No 894 'Trentham' stands alongside the former coaling stage with the original shed in the background. Built by Sharp Stewart in 1853, No 894 had previously been numbered as LNWR No 294 and is seen modified by Francis Webb having gained a Crewe DX boiler, Webb cab and LNWR black livery and lining.
