LNWR Large Bloomer 2-2-2 No 895 Torch' is seen fully coaled and watered when posed for the camera with shed management. Designed by McConnell they were first rebuilt by Ramsbottom followed by FW Webb who fitted the locomotive with a cab and boiler mountings. The locomotive is fitted with a windlass chain brake and its McConnell six-wheeled tender carries davits for the communication cord.
