Ex-LMS 8F 2-8-0 No 48754 stands with other locomotives on one of the roads alongside the ash plant. Built as LMS 8754 by Doncaster Plant in October 1945, No 48754 was renumbered by British Railways in February 1949 as No 48754 which it carried until June 1967 when it was withdrawn from 6A Chester shed.
