Ex-LNWR 1P 2-4-2T No 6655 is seen raising steam on one of the roads in front of Nuneaton shed in March 1933. Built by Crewe works as LNWR No 2131 in September 1983, No 6655 was thus numbered by the LMS in 1926 and ran with this number until January 1935 when it was withdrawn from service.
