British Railways built 4-6-0 'Black 5' No 44680 of Crewe North (5A) shed rattles northbound through Nuneaton (Trent Valley) station with a fully fitted freight service at about 4:30pm on 26th March 1964. Built by Horwich works in June 1950, No 44680 was to remain in service until September 1967 when it was withdrawn from 5B Crewe South shed to be scrapped by Cohens of Kettering.
