View looking north from the station side of Newbold bridge towards Rugby's second No 7 signal cabin. The signal gantry on the left is a mix of upper quadrant signals and colour light signals, the former for the sidings and the colour for the fast lines through Rugby. The terraced houses in Newbold Road can been seen on the left behind the tall retaining wall and steel beams of the overbridge.
