View looking south showing Rugby No 1 signal cabin on 11th September 1964 a few day prior to its closure. The first two sets of tracks to the right of the signal cabin are extensions of sidings 2 and 3, that terminated between Bays 6 and 7 behind the photographer. The third set of tracks is the up line from the Clifton Road junction with the Peterborough and Market Harborough branches. The trackwork disappearing to the right is the down platform line.
