British Railways Standard Class 7MT 4-6-2 No 70005 'John Milton' is seen going flat out on the rollers on one of the two occasions it visited Rugby. The first occasion was between 17th April 1951 and 28th May 1951, the second was between 3rd December 1951 and 22nd January 1952. Built by Crewe works week commencing 7th April 1951, No 70005 remained in service until July 1967 when it was withdrawn from 12A Kingmoor Shed in Carlisle.
