LNWR 2-2-2-0 No 410 'City of London', a three cylinder compound locomotive is seen in front of Rugby No 5 Signal Cabin in the late 1890s. In the background behind the Signal Cabin is a coaling stage used to re-coal locomotives. The fields in the background were later the site of British Thomson Houston works.
