Ex-LMS 2-6-4T Fowler tank No 42361 is seen standing in the Leicester bay ready to depart on a down local passenger service. Built at Derby works to Lot 53 in July 1929 No 42361 remained in service until February 1964 when it was withdrawn from Gorton shed.
