Ex-MR 4-4-0 2P No 411 is seen standing in the northern bays of Rugby station whilst at the head of a Class B local passenger service on 21st August 1938. The six-wheel tank behind the tender appears to be an Express Dairies Milk Tank wagon. A member of the Midland Railway's 483 class, No 411 was built by Sharp Stewart in May 1892 and was to enjoy a very long working life not being withdrawn until February 1961 from Nottingham shed to be scrapped during August 1961 by A Loom of Spondon near Derby.
