Looking north from Rugby No 4 signal cabin towards the long wooden footbridge which traversed the railway. Rugby No 5 signal cabin is seen in the centre of the photograph with the main goods yard to the left and the exchange sidings on the right. Beyond the signal cabin to its right lay the junction with the former Midland Counties line to Leicester.
