Rugby Station - LMS Period Locomotives: lnwrrm876

LMS 0-6-0 4F No 4339 is seen heading a train of open wagons on Rugby's up goods through line circa 1935. The locomotive is carrying the initial 'Midlandised' early LMS livery with the number on the tender and the 'LMS' lettering on the cab side. Built by Kerr Stuart in October 1926 No 4339 remained in service until December 1965 when it was withdrawn from 9L Buxton shed.
