LMS 3MT 2-6-2T 'Fowler Tank' No 3 stands in steam outside Rugby No 1 shed on 27th August 1938. Built at Derby works circa 1930 No 3 remained in service until February 1961 when it was withdrawn from Widnes shed to be scrapped by the Central Wagon Company of Ince near Wigan after being in store at Rugby shed from October 1958.
