An oblique view of the side elevation of Southam & Long Itchington station's down platform passenger steps to the road bridge. The curved roof above the steps are made out of corrugated iron supported on tubular steel framing. The three ducts under the platform show where the point and signal rodding exited the room beneath the steps to control the pointwork and signals at the station. The sign remains on the bridge abutment warning passengers must cross the line by the bridge.
