A number of ex-LMS standard locomotives are seen in steam standing on the shed's roads circa 1955. Ex-LMS 4P 2-6-4T No 42615 is seen on the left was built by the North British Locomotive Company in February 1937 and it received its British Railway's number in June 1949 which it carried until September 1962 when it was withdrawn from 1A Willesden shed.
