Warwick (Milverton) Station: lnwrwar_stn1408

External view of the second station opened in 1883 with the main station building being located on Warwick New Road with platforms above. The booking office and other staff facilities were accommodated in this building which was partially located under the railway archway on the right. The station sign shows the eighth and final name of the station adopted by British Railways when their corporate branding of the new station signage was applied in 1952. Most of the stations in the county irrespective of previous ownership received British Railways corporate branding in 1952.
