LMSR 1P 2-4-0 No 20002 photographed near the shed entrance at Bournville on Saturday 2nd March 1935

Ex-MR double framed 2-4-0, LMS No. 20002, is seen near the entrance to the roundhouse at Bournville on Saturday 2nd March 1935. The photo was probably taken from a vantage point on the coaling stage embankment, giving a good view of the shed building behind the engine. The shed was built in 1895 and was clearly well supplied with windows, the lower ones with opening ventilators. Dates & details of the engine's history can be found with image 'mrb17'.
