Cadbury's Sidings: mrcad906

Ex-LMS 4-6-0 'Black 5' No 45273 passes Cadbury exchange siding's on an up train to New Street station on 29th February 1951. The bridge is the same one seen in image 'misc_cad117' and 'misc_cad118' and carries traffic from the main works or exchange sidings to the Waterside warehouse complex on the opposite side of the main line. Built by Armstrong Whitworth in November 1936 No 45273 remained in service until October 1967 when it was withdrawn from 55A Holbeck shed.
