Looking towards Five Ways station showing the main lines curving towards the left and Church Road Junction Signal Box in the distance. This view shows the configuration of the junction with the lines being from left to right, the up main, down main, Central Goods branch and Cemetery Sidings although for the first 200 yards the latter two lines served as the up and down lines from both Central Goods and Cemetery Sidings. The photographer is at the top of the signals at the Birmingham end of Church Road station's up platform.
