LMS Route: Evesham to Birmingham
Kings Heath Station: mrkh727
Looking towards Moseley with passengers waiting on the up
platform as a down goods train approaches the signal box circa 1910. Passengers
from the local area could travel to Birmingham from either platform as there
were five trains per day via Lifford Curve, Bournville, and the West Suburban
route and up to twenty-five trains on the Camp Hill route from Kings Norton.
The brick built structures were erected in 1873 whist the timber waiting
shelter was erected some four years earlier in 1869.
