						buildings sited on the down Camp Hill platform circa 1962. Early stations were
						built on the premise that First and Second Class passengers remained inside
						until the their train had arrived at the platform, whilst Third Class
						passengers had to withstand the elements. This was an extension of early
						railway practices when Third Class passengers were carried in open trucks.
						Consequently many early station buildings were built without canopies as seen
