LMS Route: Evesham to Birmingham

Northfield Lineside: mrn330

MR 1P 0-4-4T No 1387, running bunker first, works a down local passenger comprised of close-coupled ex-MR stock between Northfield & Halesowen Junction circa 1925. Built by Dubbs & Company to Johnson's class 2228 design in August 1893, No 1387 remained in service until January 1938 when it was finally withdrawn the LMS having finally built sufficient numbers of Stanier's standard designs to replace them.
