including: two goods sheds with one being equipped with two cranes the other
being dedicated to the use by Alfred Conner; a weighbridge for both rail and
road traffic; two carriage docks with one being located at the station; a
cattle dock and a 42 foot turntable for terminating passenger, goods and
assisting locomotives. Connors Shed served the cardboard box, jigsaw and
packing business of Alfred Connor, a local employer.
