LMS Route: Evesham to Birmingham

Ex-LMS 2-6-4T 4P No 42421 is seen taking water at the north
end of Redditch station on 27th September 1962. The locomotive has just arrived
on a service from Ashchurch via Evesham. Built by Derby works in December 1933,
No 42421 remained in service until August 1964 when it was withdrawn from 5C
Stafford shed.
