LMS Route: Evesham to Birmingham

Ex-LMS 4P 2-6-4T No 42337 stands at the up platform with a three coach local passenger service to New Street on 19th June 1955. All the carriages are compartments, two third class coaches and a composite. Built by Derby to Lot 53 in March 929, No 42337 was to remain in service until December 1963 when it was withdrawn from 9B Stockport shed to be scrapped by Crewe works.
