Ex-MR 0-6-0 3F 43246, with LMS still displayed on its tender, stands outside Saltley shed in 1949. A Johnson design, No 43236 was built by Derby works in 1890 and remained in service until November 1956 when it was withdrawn from 21A Saltley shed to bve scrapped.
