Ex-LMS 5MT 4-6-0 No 4813 is seen passing Saltley shed's coaling tower on its way to its next trip whilst still wearing its full LMS livery circa 1950 . Built at Derby in October 1944 No 4813 saw most of her 22 years of service in the Midlands and remained in service until September 1966 when it was withdrawn from Stoke shed to be scrapped in December 1966 by J Cashmore of Great Bridge.
