Ex-MR 3P 0-6-4T 'Flatiron' No 2029 is seen standing in line on one of Saltley shed's stabling roads outside No 3 roundhouse. Built at Derby works in July 1907, No 2029 is also seen in image 'mrsalt76' at Saltley station some six years earlier and at the time of this photograph had only one more year left in service before being withdrawn from Saltley in January 1937 to be scrapped by Derby works.
