Ex-Lancashire & Yorkshire Railway 3F 0-6-0 No 12114, of the L&Y 11 class design, is seen standing with the Saltley's Sand Drier Plant in the background on 9th October 1932. Built as L&Y No 1074 at Horwich in February 1891, No 12114 remained in service until September 1946 when it was withdrawn from Normanton shed.
