An 1853 Timetable showing five passenger trains plus one goods each way between Hampton and Whitacre. Whereas the first service of the day commenced from Hampton the last service terminated at Whitacre meaning that the train must have returned 'not in service' to be serviced at Hampton shed ready for the following day.
