Close up of image 'mrso904' showing Selly Oak station's main station building on the up platform and the new toilet extension. Its not known when the extension was erected to provide a gentlemen's toilet facility but judging by the flat roof and type of brickwork it was most likely to have been erected since the end of the Second World War in 1945. In the distance the windows of the structure covering the steps down to the underpass appear to be being given a clean.
