British Railways built Ivatt 2-6-0 4MT class No 43063 is seen on a New Street to Redditch local passenger service near Pritchatts Road. The photograph was taken near to the site of the former Somerset Road station. Built at Doncaster Plant in November 1950 No 43063 remained in service until September 1967 when it was withdrawn from 52F Blyth shed to be scrapped during October 1967 by Clayton & Davie of Dunston-on-Tyne.
