LMS Route: Birmingham New Street to Tamworth

North Staffordshire Railway 3P 4-4-2T No 8 stands at Tamworth on a Birmingham New Street to Derby service on 19th April 1923. A member of the NSR's K Class No 8 was built in November 1911 at the North Staffordshire Railway's works in Stoke-on-Trent being renumbered by the LMS circa 1925 as No 2180 which it carried until December 1933 when it was withdrawn from 5D Stoke-on-Trent shed.
