Above on the right behind the furthest most horse drawn carriage can be seen
the Midland's free-standing sign for its booking office whilst on the left
fixed to the wall is a much smaller LNWR sign. Although known as Tamworth High
Level or Low stations to today's enthusiasts, the stations were only so named
in 1924 following the two companies absorption by the LMS.
