Looking towards Kineton from the bridge carrying the Wellesbourne to Shipston-on-Stour road over the railway. Note the cattle dock set back from the up platform on the left and the shallow end loading ramp in front of station building (behind the porter's trolley). The station building with its simple pavilion type structure complete with single hipped roof and ornamental eaves, typifies the style used by the E&WJR.
