Fenny Compton Station: smjfc20

A panoramic view of Fenny Compton station looking West showing the juxtaposition between the two stations. On the left is the SMJ station's small goods yard whilst on the right is the GWR's station up platform. The siding is protected by a loading gauge which was found at the entrance of any siding where wagons were being loaded. It was to make sure that any goods loaded into open top wagons did foul line side structures such as bridges and tunnels.
