Looking West from the abandoned Stratford on Avon station's up platform with the connecting line to Honeybourne on the left on 18th August 1962. The set of tracks seen in the centre and gently climbing to pass over the former GWR Honeybourne to Stratford upon Avon route once led to Broom whilst on the right are wagons stabled on the remains of the sidings and to their right, the connection to the former GWR Stratford upon Avon station. When the former SMJ shed was closed the former GWR at Stratford upon Avon took over its duties to water and stable locomotives.
