Close up of image 'lnwr_tam4122' showing the goods yard located slightly to the West of the former LNWR Station's Down platform. Whilst the goods yard was on LNWR property it was jointly operated even to the point that both the shed and the road vehicles carrying goods to clients were marked with both company's identity as can be seen in image 'lnwr_tam3642'. The fixed position hand-operated crane is to be seen on the rail side of the shed. In the centre on the bottom siding, an LMS open wagon is standing opposite one of two cattle docks.. A landing dock of some size can be seen at the top of this image featuring a long platform and a short end-on landing, used primarily for road vehicles.
