View of the skew bridge carrying the railway over the Birmingham Canal Navigations waterway seen on 12th April 1940. The photograph shows the sharp incline required to gain sufficient height to cross the canal. The two lines of the Stour Valley are the nearest to the camera running to the left whilst the two lines running next to the retaining wall are the lines to Soho East Junction seen in image 'lnwrhj2197'.
