Ex-LMS 4-6-0 Jubilee No 45647 'Sturdee' passes through the station on an up Wolverhampton to Euston express service. The train is travelling on the original main line constructed between New Street and Wolverhampton whilst on the right are the lines to Perry Barr commencing adjacent to Harborne Junction (see image lnwrhj2197). Built as LMS No 5647 by Crewe works in January 1935 No 45647 remained in service for 32 years before being withdrawn from Holbeck shed near Leeds in April 1967.
